39. Subject to the rights, privileges and conditions of other members, each ordinary member which is a NCJWA Section has the following rights and privileges:-

(b) if, and only if, the NCJWA Section has not more than 50 members, then:-
(i) to have 1 representative attend; and
(ii) to cast 1 vote, both on a show of hands and a poll, at all conferences;

(c) if, and only if, the NCJWA Section has not less than 51, nor more than 100, members, then:-
(i) to have 2 representatives attend; and
(ii) to cast 2 votes, both on a show of hands and a poll, at all conferences;

(d) if, and only if, the NCJWA Section has not less than 101, nor more than 150,
members, then:-
(i) to have 3 representatives attend; and
(ii) to cast 3 votes, both on a show of hands and a poll, at all conferences;

Seems to be a theme emerging here -

(e) if, and only if, the NCJWA Section has not less than 151, nor more than 200,
members, then:-
(i) to have 4 representatives attend; and
(ii) to cast 4 votes, both on a show of hands and a poll, at all conferences;

(f) if, and only if, the NCJWA Section has not less than 201, nor more than 250,
members, then:-
(i) to have 5 representatives attend; and
(ii) to cast 5 votes, both on a show of hands and a poll, at all conferences;

(g) if, and only if, the NCJW A Section has not less than 251, nor more than 300,
members, then:-
(i) to have 6 representatives attend; and
(ii) to cast 6 votes, both on a show of hands and a poll, at all conferences;

(h) if, and only if, the NCJW A Section has not less than 301, nor more than 350,
members, then:-
(i) to have 7 representatives attend; and
(ii) to cast 7 votes, both on a show of hands and a poll, at all conferences;

(i) if, and only if, the NCJW A Section has not less than 351, nor more than 400,
members, then:-
(i) to have 8 representatives attend; and
(ii) to cast 8 votes, both on a show of hands and a poll, at all conferences;

(j) if, and only if, the NCJW A Section has not less than 401, nor more than 450,
members, then:-
(i) to have 9 representatives attend; and
(ii) to cast 9 votes, both on a show of hands and a poll, at all conferences;
and
(k) if, and only if, the NCJW A Section has not less than 451, nor more than 500,
members, then:-
(i) to have 10 representatives attend; and
(ii) to cast 10 votes, both on a show of hands and a poll, at all conferences;

(l) if, and only if, the NCJW A Section has not less than 501, nor more than 550,
members, then:-
(i) to have 11 representatives attend; and
(ii) to cast 11 votes, both on a show of hands and a poll, at all conferences;

members, then:-
(i) to have 33 representatives attend; and
(ii) to cast 33 votes, both on a show of hands and a poll, at
all conferences;
(ii) if, and only if, the NCJW A Section has not less than 1,651, nor more than 1,700,
members, then:-
(i) to have 34 representatives attend; and
(ii) to cast 34 votes, both on a show of hands and a poll, at
all conferences;
(jj) if, and only if, the NCJWA Section has not less than 1,701, nor more than 1,750,
members, then:-
(i) to have 35 representatives attend; and
(ii) to cast 35 votes, both on a show of hands and a poll, at
all conferences;
(kk) if, and only if, the NCJW A Section has not less than 1,751, nor more than 1,800,
members, then:-
(i) to have 36 representatives attend; and
(ii) to cast 36 votes, both on a show of hands and a poll, at
all conferences;
(ll) if, and only if, the NCJW A Section has not less than 1,801, nor more than 1,850,
members, then:-
(i) to have 37 representatives attend; and
(ii) to cast 37 votes, both on a show of hands and a poll, at
all conferences;
(mm) if, and only if, the NCJW A Section has not less than 1,851, nor more than 1,900,
members, then:-

(i) to have 38 representatives attend; and
(ii) to cast 38 votes, both on a show of hands and a poll, at
all conferences;
(nn) if, and only if, the NCJW A Section has not less than 1,901, nor more than 1,950,
members, then:-
(i) to have 39 representatives attend; and
(ii) to cast 39 votes, both on a show of hands and a poll, at
all conferences;
(oo) if, and only if, the NCJW A Section has not less than 1,951, nor more than 2,000,
members, then:-
(i) to have 40 representatives attend; and
(ii) to cast 40 votes, both on a show of hands and a poll, at
all conferences;
Before finally finishing up with
(pp) if, and only if, the NCJWA Section has more than 2,001 members, then:-
(i) to have 40 representatives attend; and
(ii) to cast 40 votes, both on a show of hands and a poll; and also
(1) to have 1 additional representative attend for each 50 members over 2,001 members; and
(2) to cast 1 additional vote, both on a show of hands and a poll, for each 50 members over 2,001 members; at all conferences.
When it could just have said
(b) if, and only if, the NCJWA Section has not more than 50 members, then:-
(i) to have 1 representative attend; and
(ii) to cast 1 vote, both on a show of hands and a poll; and also
(1) to have 1 additional representative attend for each 50 members over 51 members; and
(2) to cast 1 additional vote, both on a show of hands and a poll, for each 50 members over 51 members; at all conferences.
